We have built a unique recruitment business based on our industry expertise, which is centred on quality, consistency and most importantly, building long term relationships with our clients and candidates.

Business Account Manager

Salary: £20,000-£30,000 +OTE

Our client are a young, sociable and ambitious company who have specialised in finding serviced office space for thousands of companies each year throughout the UK.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing a pipeline of enquiries that have previously used our clients services and purchased a serviced office product, as well as utilising our clients database to source new business
  • Identifying opportunities within these pipelines with currently active or future active needs
  • Using market knowledge and our systems to assist a client in locating the most suitable office space for their need
  • Liaising with providers of office space to obtain information relative to each client’s specific needs
  • Closing multiple self-generated deals from the above-mentioned pipeline from start to finish
  • Build credible relationships with clients, and providing clear and articulate explanations for all factors included in pricing as well as providing sound advice and guidance to our client resulting in long lasting relationships
  • Achieve and exceed KPI’s set out for performance
    Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a proactive sales environment
  • Experience of negotiating with clients
  • Sound understanding of the sales cycle and ability to utilise long lead times to generate new sales opportunities
  • Confidence in closing a sale whilst remaining consultative throughout
  • Enjoys being accountable and autonomous in delivering the role and works well under pressure - self-motivation to ensure exceeded targets and KPI’s
  • Good telephone manner and rapport building skills are key.
    Salary/Commission/Benefits:
  • Basic salary – £20,000-£30,000 (Depending on experience)
  • Expected annual OTE - £24,000 in commission, with uncapped earnings structure and over-performance accelerators
  • Monthly target: £20,000 (stepped target increases in probationary months)
  • Billing up to £20,000 commissionable at 10%
  • Billing beyond £20,000 commissionable at 20%
